This comprehensive evaluation is designed to understand your child’s development and identify any areas where support may help them thrive.

Your child’s 60-minute evaluation includes:

• A detailed developmental and medical history review

• Observation of movement, posture, strength, and motor skills

• At least one standardized developmental assessment

• Immediate initial treatment during the evaluation session

• Parent education and coaching

• A personalized home exercise program with 2–3 activities to begin right away

Common reasons families seek an evaluation:

• Torticollis or head preference

• Flat head (plagiocephaly)

• Prematurity or NICU follow-up

• Delayed rolling, sitting, or crawling

• Concerns about muscle tone or movement symmetry

A one‑on‑one, 60‑minute therapy session in your home or daycare.

Each treatment session is individualized to your child’s needs and focuses on building strength, symmetry, and motor development through play-based therapy.

Sessions may include:

• Therapeutic activities and exercises

• Neuromuscular re-education

• Manual therapy (if applicable)

• Parent coaching and handling techniques

• Developmentally appropriate movement practice

• Progression of your child’s home exercise program

Because therapy occurs in your home or daycare, your child learns and practices skills within their natural environment.

A 60‑minute therapy session designed for multiple children (siblings, neighbors, twins).

Includes:

• developmentally appropriate therapeutic activities

• guided instruction and coaching for caregivers

• focused attention to each child’s participation and goals

Group sessions are a great option for shared family appointments or when children benefit from peer modeling and structured play.

A live 60‑minute teletherapy session designed to support your child’s development from wherever you are in Virginia. 

Your therapist will:

• lead guided activities you can do together

• coach positioning and handling strategies

• progress your home program based on your child’s needs

This option is perfect for families outside of travel range or when virtual support is preferred.

We understand life with little ones is unpredictable. However, last‑minute cancellations (<24 hours) will incur a fee. If something comes up last-minute, please call us immediately to discuss if converting to a virtual session is a better option or a slight shift in timing, depending on the situation.

When the child is not available or home for the scheduled appointment upon arrival, or there was no notice of a cancellation until 15 minutes prior to the session time, a charge will incur.
